Our City Reading Restored Housing Eligibility Requirements

• Only persons who are first-time homeowners may purchase an Our City Reading home. Exceptions may be made in the case of divorced spouses.
• Must be residents of Berks County or surrounding counties.
• Must have been employed in Berks County, or surrounding area, for at least one year. (12 consecutive months, does not have to be same employer)
• Must have acceptable credit history.
• Buyer must occupy as primary residence. No tenants or rentals allowed.
